At Goshopnyc, we prioritize your satisfaction. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 days of receiving payment. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to help you monitor your order’s progress.

General Return and Exchange Guidelines

• We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (based on receipt date). After 30 days, returns or exchanges will not be processed.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

• The item must be in its original condition, with the packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
• Items sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
• This policy does not apply to items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

All returns must be sent to Goshopnyc in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.

If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Goshopnyc will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The determination of the product’s condition and the application of this policy is at Goshopnyc‘s sole discretion.

If approved:
